REFLEXOUT

ReflexOut is a painting for external heat-reflective based on siloxanic resins and special fillers, micro-and nano-sized useful to reduce the overheating of the walls in the summer phase, and to limit the heat loss in the winter phase.

In the summer phase ReflexOut significantly reduces the surface temperatures of the façades, reducing the heat input and increasing the thermal lag of the walls of an hour (EN ISO 13786:2007). The interiors remain cooler by limiting the use of cooling systems.

In winter instead, ReflexOut reduces energy loss due to the increase of the thermal resistance of the walls (R 0,36 m2K/W*).

ReflexOut thanks to the use of siloxanic resins, is a long lasting finish, very low dirt pick up, waterproof and has a high permeability to water vapour. The film is also protected from the attack of algae and mildew thanks to special fillers new generation of gradual release.

ReflexOut is colorable in more than 10,000 shades made with pigmentation IR Reflective: the pigment, together with the painting, is able to reflect heat, ensuring excellent performance even in the case of dark colours.

Application

The product is easy to use and can be applied by brush, roller, spray or airless.
Before use, the paint is heat-reflective exterior is diluted and mixed well.
The dilution is about 10% of the volume of water for the first coat and 5% for the second coat.
In the case of the application roller, the dilution is maximum at 10-12% in water volume.
The application of the varnish, heat-reflecting you do and spread a first coat of paint, distributing the product evenly over the surface.
After at least 10-12 hours stretches out a hand, crossing the passes.
If you use different batches of the product, it is good to rimescolarle between them before painting, so that there are no differences in shade.
It is recommended to finish the painting of a wall with a single batch of paint, heat-reflecting, and to resume painting on the wall to the corner with the next batch.
Not to be used for different batches of ReflexOut on the same wall.
After use the tools and equipment must be washed immediately.

Important Notes

The ideal temperature for the application of the product is compressed between +5°C and +35°C with relative humidity less than 75%.
The paint is heat-reflective should not be applied if the surface to be treated is found, condensation, moisture, or efflorescence that may compromise the adhesion.
In these cases, the support must be previously healed.
The paint should not be applied in conditions of direct sun or strong wind.
After application, the painted surface with the paint-thermoresistant must be protected from rain and humidity for at least 48 hours to allow complete drying of the product and the regular polymerization, which is accomplished in the span of 8 - 10 days.
Sagging translucent (lumacature) may be formed if, during this period of time you experience heavy rainfall or episodes of high humidity, such as fog or condensation surface very frequently in autumn.
This phenomenon does not affect the quality of the paint, heat-reflecting and is simply eliminated with a jet washing or a normal rain.

RelfexOut does not require warning labels according to the provisions of the legislation in force.
The paint is heat-reflective is a professional product and must be used in compliance with the rules of hygiene and safety regulations.
After use, the containers should not be dispersed in the environment.
The residues should be dried and must be treated as special waste.
