Preamble: the offer and sale of products on the website are governed by the following general conditions of sale. The products purchased on the website are sold by:

3Enne srl (hereinafter "EDILPARATIACILIA"), a company with registered office in Via di Mezzocammino, 73, 00127 Rome intends to inform the user of the following.


  1. "Customer" is the purchaser of the Products who has the status of consumer, meaning by this the natural and legal persons who make the purchase and act for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity;
  2. "Site" is the set of web pages related to EDILPARATIACILIA;
  3. "Prices" are the costs of the Products indicated on the site;
  4. "Delivery costs" are the costs of shipping the Products;
  5. "Promotions" are sales made by EDILPARATIACILIA at special conditions for all or part of the Products and for limited periods of time;
  6. "Shopping Cart" is the virtual container on the site of the Products selected by the Customer for purchase;
  7. "Conditions of sale" are the rules contained herein that govern the relationship between the customer and EDILPARATIACILIA for the purchase of products
  8. "Prompt delivery": items directly shipped from our shop within __ hours at your home address;
  9. "Items on order": items that require a longer delivery time because they must be ordered from our suppliers and their consequent shipment to our and then to your home; for these orders you will receive notification of taking charge of your order;
  10. "Delivery": delivery times fall within a range from a minimum of two days to a maximum of four working days.


The offer and sale on the website EDILPARATIACILIA integrate a distance contract governed by Articles. 50 ss. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (c.d. Law on Electronic Commerce). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.
These Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the Customer and EDILPARATIACILIA for the purchase of Products on the Site.
The Customer is obliged to read carefully the Conditions of Sale that EDILPARATIACILIA makes available to him, also in order to allow him to reproduce and store the aforementioned Conditions in accordance with the provisions of art. 12, co. 3° of D. Lgs. n. 70/2003.

Modalities of purchase

  1. In order to purchase the Products, the Customer must register by entering his personal details, following the instructions provided by the registration program, and must fill in and send to EDILPARATIACILIA the purchase order form in electronic format available on the site, following the instructions contained in the Site. Purchase orders must be filled in exactly in all their parts.
  2. The Client must insert the selected Product/s in the appropriate "Shopping Cart" and, after having viewed and accepted the contribution for delivery costs, may proceed with the purchase.
  3. If the Customer needs to modify the purchase order or to change any of the data contained therein, he/she must follow the specific modification procedure contained in the website. In particular, the Customer will have the right to modify the quantity of the Products he intends to purchase, adding or removing one or more Products from the Shopping Cart.
  4. Once this operation has been completed, the Customer will see a screen containing a summary of the purchase order, including delivery charges, with a request for further confirmation of the purchase procedure.
  5. After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired type of payment and "click" the "Checkout" button.

Conclusion of contract

  1. With the confirmation of the purchase order by the Customer, the conditions of sale and further information contained on the site will be considered fully known and accepted by the Customer.
  2. The Order Confirmation by EDILPARATIACILIA sent to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated will constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal.
  3. The contract will be concluded, and will be binding on both parties, when the Order Confirmation will be sent to the Customer.
  4. The Order Confirmation sent by EDILPARATIACILIA's e-mail will contain the indication of the purchased Product/s; the indication of the price; the means of payment; the delivery costs; the right of withdrawal, in compliance with the provisions of art.13 of D.Lgs. n. 70/03;
  5. After the payment you will receive an e-mail that will notify the receipt of payment and from that moment on the timing for the preparation and shipment of your order;
  6. If our staff were to find errors in your order or considered your order can not be processed on time and in the manner required you will be given timely notice, which will indicate your order as REFUSED, if you receive this message please contact us by phone.
  7. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or by the cancellation due to the non-payment within the established term, is excluded.
  8. In the product catalog published on the site EDILPARATIACILIA the availability of products, even being constantly updated may change not in real time and without notice.
  9. You are buying products viewed and described on our site and you accept that the images of the products may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color and its shades, sizes or accessories in the picture.
  10. The order form will be archived for the time necessary for the execution of the same and, in any case, within the terms of the law, at the web hosting infrastructure (A2 Hosting Inc. Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106 PO BOX 2889), which is responsible for the allocation of data on behalf of the owner, as evidenced by the document GDPR Data Processing Addendum. A2 Hosting, as a company doing business in the European Economic Area, is required to comply with the GDPR and acts in accordance with European standards (A2Hosting privacy policy).
  11. The user can access the order form and / or data relating to the same through your personal account.


  1. The prices of the Products are expressed in Euro and include all applicable taxes and/or duties;
  2. The prices of the Products are not inclusive of Delivery Charges, the amount of which will in any case be indicated to the Customer in the summary of the purchase order;
  3. The price of the Product will be the one indicated on the website at the time of the order. The price of the Product will be the one indicated on the website at the time of the order. Therefore, any increases or decreases in the price, even in relation to promotional sales before or after the purchase order, cannot be detected;
  4. The Customer can choose between follwing payment metdods: trough Amazon Pay, by account and/or credit card on PayPal™; by bank transfer, by cash on delivery.
  5. Payment with Amazon Pay, the Customer must provide the requested data which will be managed directly by Amazon.
    Amazon Pay uses the consumer base of by offering users the ability to pay with their Amazon accounts on third-party merchant websites.
  6. Payment by PayPal™, the Customer will have to provide the requested data which will be managed directly by PayPal™ without having to re-enter his credit or prepaid card details. PayPal™ is a leading company in online payments.
  7. Payment by bank transfer, selecting it among the payment methods when finalizing the transaction; in this case the shipment of the purchased product will be carried out only once the bank transfer has been received.
  8. Payment by cash on delivery, selecting it among the methods of payment at the time of finalizing the transaction, in this case the shipment will be charged a fixed cost of 5.00 euros for the cash on delivery service.
  9. EDILPARATIACILIA not accept other forms of payment not specified.


  • The delivery of products will be made by courier and the timing will vary depending on the destination, the time at which the order will be acquired and the availability of the product itself.
  • For goods in stock EDILPARATIACILIA will make delivery to the Courier within 2/4 working days after receipt of the purchase order.
  • Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times on the national territory will be equal to 2/4 working days from delivery to the Courier. For locations difficult to reach such as mountain resorts, small islands, extreme suburbs, delivery times will be equal to 4 working days.
  • At the time of shipment you will receive an e-mail of successful shipment, containing the link and its tracking code to follow the status of the shipment in question through the site of the courier who took charge of your package.

Our system will calculate your shipping costs based on certain parameters dictated by the national courier and you can check the cost of your shipment at the end of the compilation of your order by reading the summary under "Shipping". Please check carefully the order summary and costs listed to avoid running into problems of various kinds before sending your order and especially BEFORE PAYMENT.

The delivery time after the shipment and any delays do not depend on EDILPARATIACILIA that however is committed to mediate and try to resolve with the courier any problems related to delivery. The customer, with the acceptance of our terms of use, exonerates EDILPARATIACILIA from any responsibility in this regard. For the shipment will be used the address provided during registration to the site, so carefully fill in the address field complete in all its parts.

After receiving the e-mail notification of shipment, the courier will deliver in the established time depending on the location to be served. We recommend that you contact the courier directly if you were not at home to arrange delivery at certain times, to avoid incurring additional costs.

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss of and damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer when the latter, or a third party appointed by him and different from the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the latter has not been proposed by the seller to the consumer, who has chosen it independently.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The private consumer customer (defined as a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT) has the right to take advantage of the the legal guarantee of conformity, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event that it finds a lack of conformity (the product does not work or does not have the quality or performance that usually have goods of the same type or does not correspond to the characteristics declared on the Site or on the label or in advertising), provided that it reports the lack of conformity found within 60 days of discovery and that the defect manifests itself within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies exclusively to the product that presents a conformity defect, provided that the same is used correctly, in respect of its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation attached. In case of lack ofconformity, EDILPARATIACILIA will provide, without cost to the Customer, the restoration of conformity of the product by repair/replacement or reduction of the price, except for the evaluation of onerousness of the solution compared to the value of the good, until the termination of the contract.

In the cases in which the application of the above mentioned warranties implies the responsibility for EDILPARATIACILIA to restore the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...)

Conventional warranty for damaged goods

If you should find damaged goods inside your package, we invite you to send within 24 hours of receiving the package an e-mail to our address [email protected], with attached photographic documentation of the damaged goods. The e-mail must also contain the reference of the order number and shipping. With the opening of the practice we will proceed to refund the cost of the goods or, if you prefer, to a new shipment of the damaged goods all at our expense.

Right of withdrawal

EDILPARATIACILIA recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for in art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In particular, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract, without explanation and without penalty. The product must be returned in respect of resale (undamaged and complete with original packaging).

The customer who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal must give notice within 14 calendar days from the date on which it comes into physical possession of the goods. EDILPARATIACILIA once received the communication of the customer who has expressed the intention to withdraw (in any way it is communicated), will contact him by phone, providing assistance and the exact address to which to send the product.

For the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, it should be noted that:

  • the user is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The product must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, fully functional, accompanied by all accessories and instruction sheets, with identification tags, labels and disposable seal, where present, still attached to the product and intact and not tampered with, as well as perfectly suitable for its intended use and without signs of wear or dirt. You can exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the product in its entirety and not for parts and / or accessories thereof. In the event that the serial code of the product is included on the packaging, it is part of the product and, consequently, the product must be returned in its original packaging, which must in turn be placed in additional packaging, as no other label or tape can be affixed to the original packaging;
  • the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer. The cost of returning goods that, by their nature, can not be sent by mail is indicated on the tax documentation received (Invoice or Purchase Receipt) (to know in advance, in detail, a shipping cost is enough to choose the product in which you are interested and click on the button "add to cart", next to the item "Choose shipping method" you will find the cost of shipping). EDILPARATIACILIA reserves the right to check the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
  • The risks of the "journey" to return the goods are borne by the consumer until the seller does not return materially in possession of the same.

The refund concerns the sums paid for the price of the product, and will be made no later than 14 days from the communication by the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The amount of the refund will be communicated to the user by e-mail.

In any case, refunds will be made by EDILPARATIACILIA in one of the following ways:

  • Amazon if the Customer paid with Amazon Pay;
  • Bank Transfer if the Customer has paid by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery;
  • Paypal if the Customer has paid with Paypal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

As provided by art. 59 of the Consumer Code,the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises and 'excluded in relation to:

a) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
a) the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; b) the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
c) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery;
d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods;

Pursuant to European Regulation EU/679/2016 the User may may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 and Article 34 of the EU/679/2016 Regulation, in particular he/she has the rights to:

object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;

  • access access to personal data (art.15 Regulation).
  • rectification of inaccurate personal data (art.16 Regulation).
  • cancellation of the data in the presence of the conditions indicated in art.17 of the Regulation.
  • limitation of the treatment in the presence of the conditions indicated in art.18 of the Regulation.
  • portability of the data concerning him (art.20 of the Regulation).
  • oppose to automated processing, including profiling (art.21 Regulation).
  • withdraw the consent given for one or more purposes without thereby affecting the lawfulness of the processing, based on the consent given before the revocation.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The sales contract between the Customer and EDILPARATIACILIA is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes that may arise from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer under the Consumer Code, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the hole of his town of residence or domicile, in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.

For Customers domiciled in countries of the European Union will apply Articles. 15-17 Reg. 44/01 EU.

For Customers domiciled outside the European Union will be competent, exclusively, the Court of Rome.

Alternative methods to judgement

Together, the European directive on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Regulation (EU) no. 524/20013, constitute the ADR-ODR legislative package which, for the first time, introduces a coordinated and homogeneous set of rules: an online web platform for the entire EU and procedures for alternative dispute resolution.


ADR is an alternative dispute resolution ( ADR) procedure that has the advantage of offering a quick, simple and out-of-court solution to disputes between consumers and businesses.

The measure introducing a new discipline of ADR procedures in Italy is Legislative Decree No. 130 of 6 August 2015, which transposed the Consumer ADR Directive 2013/11/EU.

According to Article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code), the customer may make use of the Joint Conciliation Procedure.

The procedure may be initiated if the consumer, after having complained to the company within 45 days, has not received a response or has received a response that is not satisfactory.
