Termoelasta is a special membrane of elastomeric heat-reflecting based on special charges, micro-and nano-sized useful to protect the horizontal shell of the buildings from overheating in summer.

With a high capacity to reflect solar heat radiation (>94%), Termoelasta reduces significantly the temperatures of both the surface is therefore internal to the buildings, improving the comfort, environmental , and limiting the use of cooling systems.

Termoelasta has an elasticity higher than 350%, at both high and low temperatures, is waterproof and resistant to standing water and snow.

Termoelasta is walkable. Not suitable on roofs pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

Application

The product applies with a brush of good quality, with a roller or with airless spray without dilution, directly on the external surfaces both horizontal and inclined.

The properties of the coating can be affected by the occurrence of adverse weather conditions during or immediately after application.

The sheath liquid elastomeric TermoElasta is not considered to be an oxidizing agent or a corrosive.
