TermoCem is an innovative smoothing thermal lightweight fibre-reinforced powder based on white cement and special fillers, micro-and nano-sized.

It combines three characteristics: good conductivity, thermal, good reflection and thermal inertia thermal. Is able to reflect the heat and slow down the exchange of heat and to store heat due to its thermal mass, acts as a thermal flywheel, keeping the rooms more warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Ideal as a cycle of shaving finishes, heat type Slr, Slr Out and Termocover.

The use of new blends, a base of cellulose fiber and cement-based binders, gives this product a very good mechanical resistance. The high elasticity of TermoCem clear the risk that you may develop cracks or cracks even under extreme climatic conditions. In spite of the cement binder and the excellent resistance to water absorption, the smoothing of thermal TermoCem maintains a remarkable breathability: μ 11.

Application

The product is easy to apply.
The smoothing level you are working using a trowel or a trowel.
It can also be mixed mechanically with tools for plastering, limiting the speed of mixers at a fourth of normal.
The plaster is then hand worked, using a trowel and sponge, or stainless steel.
To get the desired thickness you can use bands with insulating properties, such as the bands of wood, to avoid thermal bridges.
The applied layer must be left to dry for at least 24 hours.
Before performing the successive layers you need to make sure that the support is dry and suitable.
The thickness of one layer shall not exceed 15 mm.
For thicknesses greater than 4 cm must use a net for plastering, as appropriate.
The theoretical output of the smoothing level is 4.6 Kg/m2, for 1 cm of thickness.
The processing time depends on the degree of absorption of the substrate, the ambient temperature and the water content in the mixture.
Normally the processing time is 3 hours.
If the mixture was left to rest for a bit and it becomes slightly rigid should be stirred and, if necessary, be added a small amount of water.
