NANOPRIMER

NanoPrimer is a fixative thermal nanotechnology is highly breathable and is specially formulated to prepare the surface before applying the paint or any other finishing material regardless of the compound, facilitating theapplication and allowing a recovery level of 2, 3 degrees on the wall treated.

The fixative heat NanoPrimer the product is a biocompatible, eco-friendly, low in volatile organic compounds (VOC).
It is water-based and free from resin.

Features

The primer is composed of very small nanoparticles of a size of 60 nm, capable of penetrating deep into the substrate, making it so compact and uniform absorption of the paint on the surface.
This fixative heat is also ideal for wet surfaces where there are problems of mold, thanks to its anti-condensation and thermal insulation.
The application of the product ensures maximum durability and resistance to water, abrasion, weathering, mold, fungi and algae.

The product is used on the funds of porous masonry to facilitate the application and absorption of the paint, the plaster, the arenino or any other finishing material.
The fixative heat can be used on surfaces of buildings external or internal such as concrete, masonry, plaster, cement plaster, eco plaster, screeds and mortars.
This primer can be used on wet surfaces and cold to combat condensation, prevent the formation of mould and to obtain a thermal recovery to some degree.
To increase the power of reflecting is used in combination with painting heat-reflective.
And' possible to apply the fixative heat, even on surfaces that are already painted, to increase the tear resistance or to improve the compactness of the slabs before rolling the pavement.

Application

Prior to application the surface must be clean and dry.
The fixative heat is to be used, dilute solution: for porous substrates of masonry, the dilution is 3 parts water for each part of the product, to the surfaces already painted, the dilution is 4 parts water for each part of the product.
The primer must be well shaken before use.
The gripping material can be applied with a brush, good quality roller or spray with a nozzle of 1.4 mm in diameter or more.
Must be made of a uniform layer of fixative heat on the treated surface.
The theoretical output of this product is 10-12 m2/L depends very much from the properties of the surface to be treated.
The ideal temperature to apply the primer should be between 8 and 35 ⁰C.
NanoPrimer is sold by EdilParatiAcilia in packs of 1 and 5 litres.
