CEBOART MODEL

Determination of the degree of water vapor permeability refers to the application cycle is composed by CeboFix R and finish line CeboArt (classification according to the UNI 10795-1999 method UNI EN ISO 7783 – 2012).

Result:
– Resistance to water vapour diffusion: Sd m 0,026
– The diffusion of water vapor g/m2 d 786; reference value: V > = 150 permeability high.

Preparation of the supports:

CeboFix R:

Pigmented fixative breathable, containing quartz flour. CeboFix R apply one or two coats, until complete coverage of the bottom, with roller, short hair. Drying was CeboFix R, in the case of funds particularly rough or uneven, apply the skim coat lime based CeboFondo.

Application of CeboArt Model

Palette Knife Effect:

Apply the product with a trowel in stainless steel, in a thickness uniform and, thus, the desired aesthetic effect by working with the trowel to spatulate, crossed, and irregular. Before complete drying, brush the surface with the aim to crush slightly the parts in relief. In case the product you present is too dry, wet the trowel with water.

Effect Breached:

Apply the product with a trowel in stainless steel, in a uniform thickness of 1,5-2 mm. The product is still wet work the surface with the special tool CeboSign. To get a more natural effect to proceed in the processing in an irregular manner, avoiding the repetition of the design. Before the complete drying of the product smooth the surface with the trowel, pressing slightly on the parts in relief. In case the product you present is too dry, wet the trowel with water.

Wave Effect:

The product is applied with a special trowel the Wave, in a uniform thickness of 1,5-2 mm, vertically or horizontally depending on the desired effect: then wipe the surface with the side that is contoured to the trowel the Wave, following the direction of the machining. Before complete drying, brush the surface with the aim to crush slightly the parts in relief. In case the product you present is too dry, wet the trowel with water.

CeboFlow:

Transparent protective water-for internal and external use, containing special polymers fluorinated. Applied on CeboArt Nature, Painting, and Model forms an invisible barrier and water repellent, without compromising the aesthetic appearance and characteristics of breathability. Also suitable in the interior, it is particularly suitable for the protection from water and air pollution in the realization in the external. CeboFlow is ready to use and apply with a brush in one hand, up to complete saturation of the surface. Proceed in the application from bottom to top, to avoid sagging.
