CEBOART POZZOLANO

Coating mineral for internal and external, based on slaked lime and powder of marble selected, with qualities of high breathability and resistance to mold and bacteria. CeboArt Pozzolano can be used on all types of fund, properly prepared, and allows you to create fine surfaces with a characteristic effect frame that is reminiscent of the ancient decorations and marbled. Lends itself in particular to achieve finishes decorative that reproduce the veining and the effect of the famous stone roman.

The preparation of the funds

CeboFix R: fissativo water-based acrylic pigmented, containing quartz flour. After careful cleaning of the support, apply the product with a roller short hair, in one hand. Drying was CeboFix R to proceed with the application of CeboArt Pozzolano.

Application cycle effect travertine

Apply CeboArt Pozzolano with trowel in stainless steel in a uniform thickness of 1-2 mm. The product is still wet work the surface with the special tool CeboSign (cod. A/35) to re-create the characteristic veining of travertine. To get a more natural effect, use the steps in machining in an irregular manner, avoiding the repetition of the design. Affect the surface with an awl to reproduce the effect of the plates. Before the complete drying of the product smooth the surface with the trowel, pressing slightly on the parts in relief. In case the product you present is too dry, wet the trowel with water.

Application cycle smooth CONCRETE

Apply with a trowel in stainless steel, a first-hand CeboArt Pozzolano, colored in the hue indicated in the folder, making spatulate, long and vertical, taking care not to make them coincide at the same height. In the after drying of the first coat, apply a second in the same manner; it is recommended to vary the height of the attachment between the two hands so as to avoid unpleasant signs of joint. Before complete drying, brush the surface with the trowel clean so compattarla and make it smooth. In case the product is too dry, you can wet the trowel with water. Wait for the complete drying of CeboArt Pozzolano and complete the effect using CeboTech.

Application cycle CONCRETE casserato

Apply with a trowel in stainless steel a hand of CeboArt Pozzolano, colored in the hue indicated in the folder, in a uniform thickness following the horizontal direction of the keep. Work boxes, leaving an excess of product on the edges to simulate the junction of the axes of the casting. Such drivel will determine the shape and size of the formwork. It is recommended, especially on large surfaces, and to track previously on the wall the drawing to follow. The product is still wet work the surface with the tool “faux wood” (art. A/29) to re-create the grain of the wood imprinted from the moulds, without which they are too dense and repetitive. The first of the completely dry, smooth the product with the trowel and clean, slightly squishing the excess. In case the product is too dry, you can wet the trowel with water. Wait for the complete drying of CeboArt Pozzolano and complete the effect using CeboTech.

CeboTech: protective finish water-based microemulsion acrylic. Coloring the product in the colour of your choice and dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:4. CeboTech applies to the hand with a synthetic sponge, following the direction of the design previously created; proceed in the application from the bottom up to avoid drips.
