IDROPLASTEX 2

Idroplastex 2, plaster in paste ready-to-use, for interiors, based on resins and special fillers selected. Easy application, slow drying, has characteristics of good fluidity and excellent sanding properties. Indicated for leveling and plastering on walls, plasterboard, panels, prefabricated, wood.

Great also to correct the imperfections of the walls, fill holes, hide chaps, also on wood and prefabricated of varied nature. Particularly suitable for applications with airless.

  • Airless: use the nozzle from 0.29 to 0.41 and a pressure of 150 ÷ 200 bar

Preparation of the support

New media: brush, dusting, removing all traces of residues friable, such as dust and debris, and oily residues. It is advisable to pretreat with a hand-MEGAFIX diluted with water.
Media painted: remove any paint in the phase of detachment, brush, sprinkle, and consolidated with a hand MEGAFIX, suitably diluted with water.
In any case the support must be perfectly dry, seasoned, clean, free from efflorescence, residues friable and oily.

Mode of application

Apply the product with a spatula in steel or spray in one or two hands; the second hand when the first is perfectly dried. It is recommended that you spray the stucco at a distance of about 70-80 cm. The dry film obtained should always be sanded, dusted, and properly “set”, before being overcoated. Do not apply on hot surfaces or icy, in the presence of strong ventilation, and in environments with high relative humidity. Apply with temperatures between + 5°C and + 30°C. it is advisable to overlay, considering also the hand of the fixative, at least 24 hours after application.

Dilution

Ready-to-use. Add 4-8% of water if applied by spray.
